Mail-In Event Registration

You must follow these printing directions when printing the 2009 WORS event entry form. Improperly printed forms are invalid and will not be accepted.

1. Once the document opens in Acrobat, press 'File' > 'Print'
2. The printer dialog box will appear.
3. Ensure that the 'Page Scaling' option is set to 'None'
4. Ensure that the box for 'auto-rotate and center pages' is checked
5. Press the 'Print' button
